1. Nature of the service#
ArpGate DevTools is a collection of static, client-side developer utilities. When you use this site you are not opening an account, uploading files, or entering into any data-processing relationship with us. Pages are pre-rendered HTML; all computation happens locally in your web browser.
2. Your input#
Every tool on this site executes entirely in your browser. The text, keys, files, and values you enter into any tool are processed on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or to any third party. Closing the tab is the end of it — we could not retain your input if we wanted to, because we never receive it.
3. Advertising and third parties#
This site is funded by advertising. Google AdSense scripts load only after you accept the consent notice presented on your first visit. After consent, Google and its advertising partners may set cookies or use device identifiers in accordance with Google’s policies and your consent choices. The tools themselves remain unaffected: they continue to run locally regardless of your advertising choice, and declining consent never limits tool functionality. See the Privacy Policy for details.

All tool output is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind — not cryptographic, security, legal, financial, tax, medical, or engineering advice. Do not rely on tool output as your sole verification for password hashing parameters, signature verification, compliance decisions, or any other high-stakes use. Always confirm critical results with an independent, reviewed implementation.
5. Acceptable use#
You may use the tools freely for lawful purposes, including commercial development work. You may not attempt to disrupt the site’s availability, circumvent its security headers, or misrepresent the site’s output as a formal security or professional assessment.
